    Booking & Investment Details

    • Securing Your Date: A 50% non-refundable booking retainer is required to reserve your date. This retainer is applied directly to your total investment.

    • Final Balance: The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your wedding date.

    • Destination Weddings: For celebrations outside the DFW area, please note that package prices do not include travel and hotel accommodations. Custom travel quotes are provided upon inquiry.

    • Extended Coverage: Should your celebration require more time on the day of the event, additional coverage is available at $599/hour.

    • Gallery Delivery: You will receive approximately 50 artistically edited photos per hour of coverage, delivered in a high-resolution digital gallery.

    • Securing Your Story: A non-refundable $50 booking retainer is required to reserve your date. This retainer is applied directly to your total session investment.

    • Texas Sales Tax: In accordance with state law, an 8.25% TX sales tax will be added to all session subtotals.

    • Travel & Locations: * I am proud to serve the entire North Texas area. Sessions located within 50 miles of Princeton, Texas, are included in the base package.

      • For locations within the DFW Metroplex greater than 50 miles from Princeton, a $50 travel fee will be applied to cover time and transit expenses.

    • Permits & Entry Fees: To ensure we have the perfect backdrop, please note that any location-specific costs—including photographer permits, entry fees, or parking fees—are the responsibility of the client. I am happy to provide recommendations for locations that fit your specific aesthetic.

    • Final Balance: Your remaining balance (including tax and any applicable travel fees) is due on or before the day of your session.
