Meet the photographer

Whether documenting a wedding or a portrait session, Michael merges a sense of understated beauty with a commitment to honest storytelling. His use of both film and digital formats results in a dreamlike, cinematic finish—one that captures a sense of wonder while staying authentically human. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Digital Cinematography from Full Sail University, where he honed his skills in crafting compelling visual stories.

In the summer of 2023, Michael launched MJ Photography and is now a full-time wedding and portrait photographer based in Dallas, Texas, and the greater North Texas area. Passionate about connecting with clients, he works closely with each individual to bring their unique vision to life. Beyond weddings, Michael offers sessions for couples, engagements, proposals, maternity, modeling, and seniors.
